The Applicant, The Catholic Diocese of Arlington, is requesting a Special Use Permit (SUP) Amendment to allow for the demolition of an existing office building and construction of a new office building at 271 Winchester Street. The office building, as an accessory use to the church, requires an SUP per Article 3-4.2.3 of the Zoning Ordinance.
