McDuffie, Chair of the Ad Hoc Committee Date: November 22, 2024 Subject: Notice of Ad Hoc Committee Meeting The Ad Hoc Committee of the Council will convene a meeting on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at the John A. Wilson Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Chairman’s Conference Room, Washington, D.C. 20004. The session will consist of the following items: • Discussion of the investigative scope and strategy with outside counsel for the matters related to Councilmember Trayon White To facilitate the discussion, there will be a motion to close the meeting pursuant to section 405(b)(9) and 405(b)(14) of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act (D.C. Code § 2-575(b)(9) and D.C. Code § 2-575(b)(14)) and Council Rule 375(9)and Council Rule 375(14).
