Wilson Building 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue NW DC Council Website (www.dccouncil.gov) Council Chairman Phil Mendelson announces the scheduling of a public hearing of the Committee of the Whole on the Mayor’s Proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Budget. The public hearing will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. This notice has been revised to reflect a change in date from Friday, March 22, 2024 to Wednesday, April 3, 2024. The purpose of this public hearing is for the Mayor to present her proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Budget and Financial Plan to the Council. This hearing begins a series of hearings to be held this spring by the Council and its committees in connection with its oversight of Fiscal Years 2025 budget and financial plan. The full schedule of hearings for all committees will be available on the Council’s website (http://www.dccouncil.gov) and published separately in the D.C. Register. This hearing is limited to testimony from specified government witnesses. Members of the public can sign up to testify on other hearings on individual agency budgets or submit written statements from the public that will be made a part of the official record through the Council’s Hearing management System at https://lims.dccouncil.gov/hearings.
