Cheh SUBJECT: Cancellation of the Committee on Transportation & the Environment hearing on B23-624, the Impervious Area Charge Water Utility Consumer Protection Fund Act of 2020, and B23-640, the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority Transparency Amendment Act of 2020, and roundtable on the Rock Creek Far West Livability Study Proposal for Bike Lanes on Dalecarlia Parkway DATE: April 2, 2020 This memo shall serve as notice of the cancellation of the following hearings and roundtables of the Committee on Transportation and the Environment: • Hearing on B23-624, the Impervious Area Charge Water Utility Consumer Protection Fund Act of 2020, and B23-640, the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority Transparency Amendment Act of 2020, scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2020, at 11:00 AM in Room 412; and • Roundtable on the Rock Creek Far West Livability Study Proposal for Bike Lanes on Dalecarlia Parkway, scheduled for Wednesday, May 6th, 2020, at 11:00 AM in Room 412.
