FINANCE COMMITTEE April 27, 2016 – Official 1:00 p.m. Members Present: Brian Lauer, Gil Amborn and Jim Schneider Excused: Andrew Ewert and Leslie Strickland Also Present: Rebecca Ewald, Lori Peternell, Carrie Orlovsky Lauer called the meeting to order at 1:00p.m. The Committee conducted interviews with three firms to provide to provide assessment services. The Committee interviewed Affliated Property Valuation Services LLC represented by Daniel McHugh, Accurate Appraisal, LLC represented by Lee De Groot and Tyler Technologies represented by Mark Link. The Committee then discussed and evaluated the results; it was the consensuses of the group to have the Clerk perform reference checks on Affliated Property Valuation Services and Accurate Appraisal. A special meeting will be held on May 4, 2016 at 2:15pm to evaluate the reference checks for purposes of a recommendation to Village Board on May 9, 2016.
