FINANCE COMMITTEE
August 4, 2016 – Official

Members Present: Brian Lauer, Gil Amborn, Andy Ewert and Jim Schneider
Also Present: Lori Peternell, BMO Harris Representatives Tammy MacDonald and Annelle Bartelson, Associated Bank
Representatives Audrey Engebrecht, John Duffy, Linda Winkler and Michelle Goetzke
Lauer called the meeting to order at 4:00p.m.
The Committee conducted interviews with BMO Harris and Associated Bank. Discussion was held regarding interest rate calculations, fees,
customer service and internet security and Investment options. The Committee requested more information from Associated bank regarding
fees and interest rate calculations for review at the August 8th meeting so that a recommendation can be made.
Upon motion made by Amborn seconded by Ewert, the meeting adjourned at 5:56 p.m. Motion carried.

1. Depository Services interviews
a. After review of the (4) proposals on July 26th, it was the consensus of the Committee to conduct interviews
with BMO Harris and Associated Bank. The Committee wants to discuss the following items with each bank:
- Interest rate calculation
- Fees
- Customer service and internet security
- Investment options
b. BMO Harris interview will begin at 4:00pm and Associated Bank interview will begin at 5:00pm
v The Finance Committee is requested to provide direction on Primary Depository Services

Invoices
Treasurer’s Report
Such other matters as may be authorized by law.
There may be a quorum of Village Trustees present, which would constitute a public meeting of the Village Board.
