Village of Waterford Finance Committee Meeting Minutes April 12th, 2021 Held via Teleconference and at Village Hall Houston called the meeting to order at 5:05 pm. Present Andrew Ewert, Don Houston, Troy McReynolds, Adam Jaskie Absent: Brian Lauer Also present: Michelle Vandehey, Colleen Schauer, Zeke Jackson, Heather Kinkade, Danielle Brown Minutes: Ewert motioned to approve the 4-12-2021 minutes. Second by Houston. Motion carried. Rate Study: Discussion was had on the Sewer Rate Study done by Johnson Block. Ewert motion to table discussion on the sewer rates until the next Finance Committee meeting. Second by McReynolds. Houston - nay. Motion carried. Financials: Administrator Jackson gave an over view of the financial status of the Village as a whole and reviewed YTD Financials. Motion by McReynolds to adjourn at 5:42 pm. Second by Ewert.
