Second by Ewert. All aye. Motion 13 carried. 14 15 1. Borrowing: Discussion was had on short term borrowing. Motion by Ewert to recommend onto the 16 Village Board on Resolution 967-050922, Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Establishing 17 Parameters for the Sale of Not to Exceed $4,900,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds. Second 18 by Lauer. All aye. Motion carried. 19 Motion by Ewert to not recommend onto the Village Board on Resolution 968-050922, Authorizing 20 the Issuance and Establishing Parameters for the Sale of Not to Exceed $11,100,000 Taxable 21 General Obligation Refunding Bonds. Second by Houston. All aye. Motion carried. 22 23 2. Financials: Discussion on current Village Financials was tabled until the next meeting. 24 25 3. Budget: Motion by Lauer to recommend onto the Village Board Resolution 966-050922, Amending 26 the 2021 Budget. Second by Houston. All aye.
