Heritage District Design Committee Minutes
May 20, 2015
The meeting was called to order by Don Houston at 4:00 p.m.
Committee attendees: Don Houston, Diane Lemanczyk, Bil Luth, Jason Dolphin and Maureen Vander
Sanden. Excused: Cheryl Rogers and Kari Mullikin. Also in attendance: Greg Foat and Martin Montoya.
Reading of the Minutes - None
Old Business - None
New Business
Motion made by Lemanczyk, seconded by Dolphin to approve the design review application submitted
by Greg Foat for replacement of stairs going to the second floor in the Southeast Corner of the building
located at 100 S 2nd Street.
Motion made by Luth, seconded by Lemanczyk to adjourn at 4:05 p.m.

The Heritage District Design Committee will meet at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 in the
Village Hall, 123 N. River Street, Waterford, WI.

1. Review and act on design review application – Greg Foat for 100 S 2nd St.
a. The application and drawing are included in the packet.
b. Greg is replacing the stairs leading up to the tenant’s second floor area. The material being used
is pressure treated lumber and the look will be the same as the current stairs.
The Committee is requested to act on the request.
