Personnel Committee Meeting Minutes December 19, 2016 – 6:00 p.m. Present: Bell, Filut and Pollnow Excused: Vaccaro and Allen Also present: Rebecca Ewald Filut called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m. Pollnow moved and Bell seconded to approve the October 17, 2016 meeting minutes. Pollnow moved and Bell seconded to recommend approval of the amended Clerk job description. Motion carried. Pollnow moved and Bell seconded to adjourn into closed session for the purpose of considering hiring and compensation for the deputy clerk and court clerk position in accordance with 19.85(1)(c). Motion carried by roll call vote at 6:10 p.m.: Bell – aye Filut – aye Pollnow – aye Bell moved and Pollnow seconded to reconvene into open session at 7:00 p.m. Motion carried. Pollnow moved and Bell seconded to offer the position to first choice applicant at $16/hr and one week of vacation to utilize within the first year. Motion carried.
