Village of Waterford Village Board - Official Minutes October 11, 2016 Members Present: President Roanhouse, Trustees Filut, Houston, Pollnow and Schneider Excused: Christensen and Ewert Also Present: Rebecca Ewald President Roanhouse called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. Filut moved and Schneider seconded to convene into closed session for the purpose of considering hiring and compensation for the clerk position in accordance with 19.85(1)(c) by roll call vote at 3:32 p.m.: Filut – aye Houston – aye Pollnow – aye Schneider – aye Roanhouse – aye Pollnow left the meeting at 4:28 p.m. Filut moved and Schneider seconded to reconvene into open session at 4:37 p.m. Motion carried. Houston moved Schneider seconded to have the Personnel Committee review the vacation schedule for adding a possible tier and/or other compensatory modifications.
