Village of Waterford Special Village Board Official Minutes June 28, 2022 Held at Village Hall Meeting was called to order by President Houston a10:03 am Trustees Present: Don Houston, Troy McReynolds, Robert Nash, Tammy Pollnow, Adam Jaskie, Pat Goldammer and Andrew Ewert Others Present: Zeke Jackson, Rachel Ladewig New Business: 1- Discontinue Public Right of Way: Goldammer motioned to introduce Resolution 975-062822 to Discontinue and Vacate an Unnamed Public Right of Way in the Area of the Gemini Subdivision. Seconded by Jaskie. Motion carried. 2 – Sale of Land: Motion by Pollnow to pass Resolution 974-062822 – Authorizing the sale of land to Premier Waterford LLC, a portion depicted as Lot 1 of the CSM in the Gemini Subdivision. Seconded by Nash. Motion carried. Prior approvals of the sale terms, plans and development agreement was on 3/16/22 at the Plan Commission Meeting and on 4/11/22 at the Village Board Meeting. 3 - Motion by Nash, seconded by Pollnow to dispense the discussion on amendments to the Premier Waterford LLC development agreement and plans because it was ultimately not needed.
