Village of Waterford Village Board Official Minutes April 14, 2025 Held at Village Hall, 123 N River Street Meeting was called to order by President Houston at 6:00 pm. Trustees Present: President Don Houston, Bob Nash, Pat Goldammer, Tamara Pollnow, Troy McReynolds, Adam Jaskie Excused: Andy Ewert Others Present: Zeke Jackson, Rick Huening, Mike Sponholtz, Fire Chief Eric Rozina, Asst Fire Chief Dave Webber, Lt Bailey Reza, Doug Snyder Comments: John Luznicky – 514 Mayflower Dr. – spoke about his 911 experience and thanked the Waterford Emergency Medical Service team for their extremely fast and excellent care Joshua Kuehn – 507A N 6th St. – Cooperative Boundary Agreement meeting transparency Public Hearing: Ordinance 709-041425 – General Penalties, No one was present to speak for or against the ordinance. Motion by Pollnow, second by Nash to close the Public Hearing. All aye. Motion carried. Minutes: Motion by McReynolds, second by Jaskie, to approve the 3/10/25 Village Board Meeting Minutes. All aye. Motion carried. The minutes for the 3/31/25 Special Village Board meeting will be approved at the May VB meeting. Reports: Various Monthly Staff and Standing Committee/Commission or Ad Hoc group reports were received by the Board. Motion by Pollnow, second by Goldammer to approve the Beer/Wine License for Scungilli’s, LLC. All aye. Motion carried. Oaths of Office were administered to Trustees Pat Goldammer, Tamara Pollnow and Troy McReynolds as well as our new incoming Village President Adam Jaskie. Review and Discussion on a Final Cooperative Boundary Plan with the Town of Waterford. Consider a motion to adopt Resolution 1031-041425, Approving a Final Cooperative Boundary Plan Between the Town and Village of Waterford. Houston reviewed with everyone present the lengthy 18th month process that the Waterford Cooperative Boundary Committee Team went through to get this Resolution to this point. Motion by McReynolds, second by Nash, to approve Resolution 1031-041425 – Approving a Final Cooperative Boundary Plan Between the Town and Village. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Houston, second by Pollnow to adopt Resolution 1030-041425, Designating Public Depositories and Signers for Village Accounts. All aye. Motion carried. First Reading of Ordinance 709-041425, General Penalties of the Village of Waterford Ordinances. – No Action, first reading only. Motion by McReynolds, second by Pollnow, to Proclaim April 25, 2025 as Arbor Day 2025 in the Village of Waterford. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Nash, second by Goldammer to award a bid to Municipal Well and Pump of Waupun, WI in an amount of $2,195,810.00 with a contingency of $109,790 for construction of Well #6 contingent on approval of DNR Low Interest Loan Fund Financing (anticipated in September).
