Review rezoning of newly annexed NW corner lot at Rte.23 and Rte. 30. Recommendation based on discussion d. Continue discussion regarding updates to the Village of Waterman Comprehensive Plan. Focus on what areas of Comprehensive Plan need to be updated regarding data and demographics. Also focus on Village highlights that could further incentivize continued development growth. E.
