MINUTES OF THE Mayor Steve Washburn WATERTOWN CITY COUNCIL Deb Everson Special Meeting Tuesday, May 8, 2018 Lindsay Guetzkow Adam Pawelk Michael Walters 1. Call to Order and Roll Call Meeting called to order by Mayor Washburn at 5:05 p.m. Present were Mayor Washburn, Councilmembers Guetzkow, Walters, and Pawelk. Absent was Councilmember Everson. 2. Adopt Agenda Guetzkow motioned, Walters seconded to adopt the agenda. All present voted aye, motion carried 4-0. 3. City Administrator Performance Review NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 8th at 5:00 pm the Watertown City Council will meet in a Closed Session to conduct the annual performance review of Shane Fineran, City Administrator. Pursuant to Minnesota Statute Chapter 13D.05, subd. 3, this meeting will be closed to the public Mayor Washburn read a statement that the City Council would now consider going into closed session pursuant to Minnesota Statute Chapter 13D.05, subd.3, to review the performance of an employee, Shane Fineran, City Administrator. Walters motioned, seconded by Guetzkow to go into closed session at 5:08 p.m.. All presented voted aye, motion carried 4-0. An audio recording of the closed session has been made. Walters motioned, seconded by Guetzkow to come out of closed session at 6:14 p.m. All present voted aye, motion carried 4-0. 4. Adjournment Walters motioned, seconded by Guetzkow to adjorn the Special Meeting at 6:15 p.m. Al present voted aye, motion carried 4-0. Page 1 of 1
