Call to Order and Roll Call Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting of the Watertown City Council was called to order at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2019 in the Council Chambers of City Hall by Mayor Steve Washburn. Council Members present: Washburn, Deborah Everson, and Adam Pawelk. City Staff present: City Administrator Shane Fineran 2. Adopt Agenda EVERSON MOVED, PAWELK SECONDED A MOTION TO ADOPT THE AGENDA AS PRESENTED. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 3. New/Old Business EVERSON MOTIONED, PAWELK SECONDED A MOTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION #2019-45, DECLARING A STATE OF EMERGENCY FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS DUE TO SPRING FLOOD CONDITIONS. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. A. State of Emergency Declaration PAWELK MOTIONED, EVERSON SECONDED A MOTION TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 6:22 PM MOTION CARRIED 3-0 Page 1 of 1
