Call to Order and Roll Call The special meeting of the Watertown City Council was called to order by Mayor Steve Washburn at 10:38 a.m. . In attendance were councilors Adam Pawelk and Mike Walters. Staff present was Shane Fineran, City Administrator. 2. Adopt Agenda WALTERS MOTIONED, SECONDED BY PAWELK TO ADOPT THE AGENDA. All present voted aye, motioned carried. 3. New/Old Business A. Application for PSIG Grant Funds PAWELK MOTIONED, SECONDED BY WALTERS TO APPROVE RESOLUTION #2019- 99. All present voted aye, motion carried. 4.
