Call To Order And Roll Call R Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting of the Watertown City Council was called to order in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 7:52 a.m. Friday, March 08, 2022, by Vice-Mayor Mike Walters. Council Members present: Walters, Adam Pawelk, and Lindsay Guetzkow. D City Staff present: City Administrator Jake Foster and Administrative Services Director Lynn Tschudi. 2. Adopt Agenda GUETZKOW MOVED, PAWELK SECONDED A MOTION TO ADOPT THE AGENDA AS PRESENTED. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 3. Consent Agenda Discussion And Approval 4. Open Forum 5. New/Old Business 5.A. Administrative Services Director Resignation City Administrator Jake Foster said the Administrative Services Director Lynn Tschudi has resigned from her position and her last day will be March 11, 2022. Council discussed the resignation and asked Tschudi for suggestions on what could be done differently in order to retain employees. GUETZKOW MOVED, PAWELK SECONDED A MOTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 2022-18, ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF ADMINSTRATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. 6.
