Call To Order And Roll Call Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the regular meeting of the Watertown City Council was called to order in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2022, by Acting Mayor Mike Walters. Council Members present: Walters, Adam Pawelk, and Lindsay Guetzkow. City Staff present: City Administrator Jake Foster, City Engineer Andrew Budde, and Utilities Superintendent Doug Kammerer. 2. New/Old Business 5.A. 2022 CIPP (Cast In Place Pipe) City Engineer introduced the 2022 Cast in Place Pipe (CIPP) agenda item, and provided the background information that this is the final year in a mult-year program/project. As the proposed action was part of a multi-year program, and something the City Council was comfortable with, there was little discussion regarding the action before them. PAWELK MOVED, GUETZKOW SECONDED A MOTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION #2022-35 AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECS FOR THE 2022 CIPP PROJECT. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. 6. Other Reports 7. Claims SCHUETTE MOVED, PAWELK SECONDED A MOTION TO APPROVE THE CLAIMS PACKET FOR MAY 10, 2022. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. 7.A. Approve Claims Roster 8.
