Call To Order And Roll Call The Special City Council Meeting was called to order at 9:34 AM, on Saturday, September 17, 2022. New/Old Business 5.A. 2023 Budget City Administrator, Jake Foster provided background information on the 2023 budget including the impact of increased valuations in the City will have on tax rates, and various items for the Council to consider for the 2023 budget. The Councilmembers present discussed the merits of adding a full-time fire chief, additional staff support for planning and zoning/building inspections, a wage increase for firefighters, and the impacts that external economic factors have on the 2023 budget. 6.
