Call To Order And Roll Call Mayor Steve Washburn called the Watertown City Council workshop to order at 5:32 p.m. on Tuesday June 8, 2021 in the council chambers of City Hall. Council Members Present: Washburn, Michael Walters, Dan Schuette, Lindsay Guetzkow and Adam Pawelk. Staff Present: Interim City Administrator Jeff O’Neill and Administrative Services Director Lynn Tschudi. Guest: Dr. Richard Fursman 2. New Business 2.I. Dr. Richard Fursman, Hue Life Dr. Fursman explained that he is at the workshop to discover more about the Council and their expectations for the teambuilding sessions. Fursman introduced himself to Council. Fursman asked Council to introduce themselves and why they chose to run for Council. Council discussed strengths and weaknesses of the staffing at the City. Fursman said the first step in the process is to survey staff, recognize the deficiencies, and build a plan toward strengthening those. Fursman asked the Council about the timing of the study due to the absence of a City Administrator. Walters asked how long the process will take. Fursman said it could take up to three months.
