Approval of minutes of the July 14, 2026, Planning Board meeting. 2. Disclosure of conflict of interest. 3. Richard Wentworth is requesting rezoning from Commercial-B (C-B) and Residential-C (R- C) to Residential-C in its entirety for his property at 4 Veteran Court (Assessor Parcel 39- 253). Rezoning will reduce the building setback requirements and allow him to replace his existing garage with a larger one closer to his property line. This review is in accordance with Article 7, Section 7.1 of the Zoning Ordinance. 4. The City Council is requesting a Planning Board recommendation concerning adding food truck park regulations to the Zoning Ordinance to implement the Mobile or Temporary Food Vendors Ordinance. This review is in accordance with Section 7.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
