PURCHASING COMMITTEE MEETING
April 21st 2026

PRESENT: Mayor Marcier, Alderman Miller, Pence & Alderwoman Rohlfs
Mayor Marcier opened the meeting at 5:30 pm. There was no public comment.
Discussion was had about replacing Mark Garfield on this purchasing committee.
The committee looked at and signed 64 purchase orders.
Alderman Miller made a motion to adjourn at 5:57 pm and Alderwoman Rohlfs seconded. Roll
call carried 4-0.
