Kincaid, Deputy City Clerk Elliott Mitchell, Magistrate ADMINISTER OATH Oath was administered to the only one present, Raina Bergens MINUTES FOR APPROVAL 1. Approval of Code Enforcement Hearing Minutes for January 22, 2026 Magistrate Mitchell has approved meeting minutes from the Jan 22, 2026 Code Enforcement hearing NEW CASES 2. Robert A Rogers II 213 Short Street 25-209-M No one appeared to testify on this property Bergens provided evidence of finding to Magistrate regarding the conditions of the property Case was opened on 12/9/2025 Magistrate orders property to be in compliance by 3/27/2026 or will accrue $150.00/day fine 3. Jose Vallejo 404 N 7th Avenue 26-005-L Bergens visited property prior to hearing to find, property was in compliance and removed from the hearing 4. Marauder Properties LLC 109 W Bay Street  26-006-L Bergens visited property prior to hearing to find, property was in compliance and removed from the hearing 5. Joshua Andrew & Carla Renee Gonzalez 711 Green Street 26-008-NA Bergens presented photo evidence of property findings No one appeared to testify on this case Case was opened Jan 14, 2026 but has been in constant violation for other issues since 2024 Current violation is 2 vehicles, a Truck and a Jeep Magistrate ordered property to be in compliance by March 27, 2026 or will accrue $250.00/day for both vehicles.
