VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING 500 West Main Street December 19, 2017 6:00 PM Meeting Minutes CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Present: Linda Adler, Todd Micholic, Ray Hill, Nila Frye, Trisha Ives, Leigh Streit Absent: None Also present: Bryan Kleinmaier, Tracy Meinholz, Derek Dailey, Mike Nelson Motion Frye, second Hill, to appoint Linda Adler as chairperson. Motion carried 5-0. NEW BUSINESS A request by Derek Dailey for a variance to the minimum lot size for a two-family home at 301 W. Second Street Motion Micholic, second Hill, to grant the requested area variance and approve findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order and determination as presented (attached).
