Meeting Minutes
CALL TO ORDER
Committee Chair Chris Zellner and Co-Chair Gary Herzberg were both absent.
Motion by Jeff Tews, second by Al Dassow to nominate Kristin Runge as chair for this
meeting.
Motion Passed. For: 4, Against: 0, Absent: 3
Kristin Runge called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM.

Absent: Jeff Smith, Gary Herzberg, Chris Zellner

1 Approve Minutes from May 25, 2021 Meeting
Motion by Al Dassow, second by Jeff Tews, to approve the minutes for the May 25,
2021 Community Development Authority meeting.
Motion Passed. For: 4, Against: 0, Absent: 3

1 Presentations and Discussion Regarding Programs and Policies for Use of
Affordable Housing Funds (Menasha Strong Neighborhoods Program)
Video presentation created by Todd Schmidt and Joe Stephenson from the City of
Menasha was shared with the committee. Discussion only. No action taken.
