VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CDA) MEETING 500 West Main Street October 19, 2021 6:00 PM Meeting Minutes CALL TO ORDER Chris Zellner called the meeting to order a 6:04 PM. ROLL CALL Present: Chris Zellner, Gary Herzberg, Tricia Braun, Kristin Runge, Al Dassow, David Kennedy, Jeff Tews (arrived after role call and minute approval) Absent: None Also Present: Tim Semmann MINUTES 1 Approve Minutes for September 21, 2021 CDA Meeting Motion by Kristin Runge, Second by Al Dassow to approve minutes for the September 21, 2021 CDA Meeting. Motion passed. For: 5, Against: 0, Absent: 1 PUBLIC COMMENT There was no public comment. REPORTS 1 Report from Tim Semmann, CDA Executive Director Discussion only. No action taken. OLD BUSINESS 1 On-going discussion of possible metrics and criteria to be used for distribution of Affordable Housing Funds from TIF Extension Discussion only. No action taken NEW BUSINESS 1 Discussion/possible action to amend by-laws naming the Community Development Director as Executive Director Motion by Kristin Runge second by Tricia Braun to recommend to the Village Board that the Community Development Authority by-laws be amended to reflect the Village’s Community Development Director as the Community Development Executive Director, rather than the Village Administrator. Motion passed. For: 7, Against: 0, Absent: 0 TABLED None. ADJOURN Motion by Gary Herzberg, Second by Kristin Runge to adjourn at 7:32 PM. Motion passed.
