Chris Zellner called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM

Present: Chris Zellner, Nila Frye, Al Dassow, Jeffery Tews, Tricia Braun
Absent: Kristin Runge, David Kennedy

1 Approve Minutes for June 8, 2022 CDA Meeting
Motion by Tricia Braun second by Al Dassow to approve the June 8, 2022 CDA
Meeting Minutes.
For: 5: Against: 0 Absent: 2. Motion Passed.

There was no public comment.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1 Review and Discuss Draft Waunakee Affordable Housing Fund Program
Discussion had on draft Housing Fund Program. Committee made several suggested
edits and directed staff to prepare updates to be reviewed at the net meeting. Focus of
discussion was on scoring matrix.
