Madison Street July 8, 2021 6:00 PM Meeting Minutes CALL TO ORDER Erin Moran called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM ROLL CALL Present: Erin Moran, Natasha Lutes, Katie Lowery, Silvia Guerin, Shannon Reed, Greg Tardif, Joel Lewis (arrived after minute approval) Absent: Melanie Trainor-Burton, Jess Pagel Also Present: Todd Schmidt, Brittany Gitzlaff, Kylie West MINUTES 1 Approve Minutes for May 13, 2021 Meeting Motion by Natasha Lutes, second by Katie Lowery, to approve the minutes from the May 13, 2021 Create Waunakee Committee meeting. Motion Passed. For: 6, Against: 0, Absent: 3 PUBLIC COMMENT There was no public comment. NEW BUSINESS 1 New Committee Member Welcome Discussion only. Committee members all gave introductions. No action taken. 2 Work Group Updates Discussion only. No action taken. 3 Discuss Social Media Outreach Strategies with Communication Intern Gabe Altenbernd Tabled. 4 Discuss Requests for Resources or Assistance from Work Groups Discussion only. No action taken. 5 Open Discussion on New Committee Priorities and Projects Discussion only. No action taken. Follow up to be done: - Work with Silvia to notice Waunakee is Home gathering when more information is known. - Contact Westport about billboard ad for Artisan Market TABLED Discussion with Gabe to be held at August meeting.
