VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE CREATE WAUNAKEE COMMITTEE MEETING 500 West Main Street June 7, 2022 6:00 PM Meeting Minutes CALL TO ORDER Erin Moran called the meeting to order at 6:10 PM. ROLL CALL Present: Erin Moran, Jess Pagel, Natasha Lutes, Joel Lewis, Shannon Reed, Laurie Gerner Absent: Silvia Guerin, Greg Tardif Also present: Todd Schmidt, Kylie West, Brittany Gitzlaff MINUTES 1 Approve Minutes for the April 14th and May 12th Create Waunakee Committee Meetings Motion by Jess Pagel, second by Natasha Lutes to approve minutes for the April 14th and May 12th Create Waunakee Committee meetings. For: 6 Against: 0 Absent: 3. Motion Passed. NEW BUSINESS 1 New Committee Member Introduction - Laurie Gerner Discussion and member introductions only. No action taken. 2 Discsus and Take Action on Committee Participation in Waunafest Parade Discussion on parade participation was had. Motion by Natasha Lutes, second by Laurie Gerner not to participate in the 2022 Waunafest Parade. For: 6 Against: 0 Absent: 3. Motion Passed. 3 Open Discussion on Commitee Project Updates and Needs Discussion only. No action Taken. Staff was directed to email out volunteer opportunities/needs for upcoming events. ADJOURN Motion by Natasha Lutes, second by Jess Pagel to adjourn at 7:10 PM For: 6 Against: 0 Absent: 3. Motion Passed.
