VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING JUNE 1, 2015 Members present: Steve Kraus, Gary Walden, John Laubmeier, Dave Dies, Jim Elvekrog, Dennis Sweno, and Dave Ferris Members absent: Al Dassow Also present: Chris Zellner, Todd Schmidt, Caitlin Stene and Kevin Even. Chairman Kraus called the meeting to order at 5:31 P.M. CONSENT AGENDA Items under the consent agenda may be acted upon by one motion. If, in the judgment of any Committee Member, a consent agenda item needs discussion, the item may be moved to later on the agenda for discussion and/or action. Motion by Gary Walden, second by Dave Dies, to approve the Consent Agenda including all of the items listed below. Motion Passed. For: 6, Against: 0, Absent: 1 1. Approve February 16, 2015 Finance Committee Minutes. Motion to approve the February 16, 2015 Finance Committee minutes. PRESENTATIONS #1 – SCHENCK AUDIT REPORT PRESENTATION. Dave Ferris introduced Tom Karman from Schenck SC. Tom presented the 2014 Annual Financial Statements and the Management Communications Letter. After some questions and discussion, motion by Dave Dies, second by Dennis Sweno to accept the 2014 Annual Financial Statements and Management Communications Letter. Motion Passed. For: 6, Against: 0, Absent 1. ADJOURNMENT The Finance Committee meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M. Motion by Jim Elvekrog, second by Dave Dies. Motion Passed. For: 6, Against: 0, Absent 1.
