VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE Parks and Recreation Committee November 7, 2018 The November 7, 2018 Parks and Recreation Committee meeting was called to order by Phil Willems at 5:30 pm. PRESENT: Phil Willems, Chris Zellner, Erin Moran, John Pomeranke, Susan Rather, Susan Brown and Bob Khouri. ALSO PRESENT: Sue McDade - Community Services Director, Bill Frederick – Public Works/Parks Superintendent, and Jeff Skoug – Recreation Program Supervisor. MINUTES A motion by Bob Khouri / Erin Moran to approve the minutes of the September 5, 2018 Park and Recreation Committee meeting was approved. NEW BUSINESS 1. Consider Centennial Park Tennis and Basketball Court Repair Bids A motion by Bob Khouri / John Pomeranke to recommend awarding the Centennial Park Tennis and Basketball Court Repair contract to Pro Track & Tennis of Bennington, NE was approved. 2. Consider Updates to the Snowmobile Routes and Trails A motion by Bob Khouri / Susan Brown recommend approval of the resolution designating the snowmobile routes and trails throughout the Village was approved. 3. Consider Plans and Specifications Proposal for Ripp Park Tennis Courts – Fred Kolkmann Tennis & Sport Surfaces, LLC.  A motion by Susan Brown / Bob Khouri recommending approval of the proposal for plans and specifications for Ripp Park tennis courts – Fred Kolkmann Tennis & Sport Surfaces, LLC was approved. 4. Consider Parks PAYGO Fund – Project Updates A motion by John Pomeranke / Chris Zellner recommending approval of the updates Parks PAYGO list was approved.
