VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES A special meeting of the Waunakee Plan Commission was held Monday, December 10, 2012, at the Waunakee Village Hall, 500 W. Main Street, Waunakee, WI. CALL TO ORDER Mr. Laubmeier called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. ROLL CALL Members Present: John Laubmeier, Steve Kraus, Pat McGowan, Bill Pellino. Members Absent: Gary Herzberg, Mark McGuire, Tom Liebe. Also Present: Kevin Even, Tracy Meinholz, Bryan Kleinmaier, John Ganser, Dennis Steinkraus, Don’t Tierney. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion McGowan, second Kraus, to approve the minutes from the November 26, 2012 meeting. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None NEW BUSINESS DISCUSSSION/ACTION DISCUSSION / ACTION ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND THE WAUNAKEE/WESTPORT JOINT PLANNING AREA COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Planner Mike King presented the amended comprehensive plan, explaining the various changes. John Ganser was present to voice his support of the master plan for the property he owns at the corner of CTHQ & Woodland Drive. Page 1 of 2 Motion McGowan, second Pellino, to approve resolution PCR12-03 recommending amendments to the Village Comprehensive Plan and the Joint Planning Area Comprehensive Plan. Motion carried. UPDATE ON KILKENNY FARMS FINAL PLAT AND GDP/SIP Mr. Even gave an update on the plans. Staff is continuing to work with the developer and the hope is to have it ready for the January PC meeting. FUDA UPDATE Mr. Even stated that the FUDA steering committee will meet in January and we will know more then. ADJOURN Motion McGowan, second Kraus, to adjourn the meeting at 6:19 p.m. Motion carried.
