VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES A regular meeting of the Waunakee Plan Commission was held Monday, February 13, 2017, at Village Hall, 500 W. Main Street, Waunakee, WI. CALL TO ORDER Mr. Zellner called the meeting to order a 6:08 p.m. ROLL CALL Members Present: Chris Zellner, Gary Herzberg, Pat McGowan, Brad Zeman, and Brian Malich Members Absent: Steve Kraus, Bill Pellino Also Present: Kevin Even, Tracy Meinholz, Brian Kleinmaier, Roberta Bauman, Bruce Hollar, Alan Hembel, Jerry Sholts, Mark Grappl, Kevin Tebrinke. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion McGowan, second Zeman, to approve the minutes from the December 12, 2016 meeting. Motion carried. Motion McGowan, second Zeman, to approve the minutes from the January 9, 2017 meeting. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None NEW BUSINESS Discuss and Take Action on a Request by Erdman Holdings Inc. for a Certified Survey Map for Property Located at 640 Marshall Drive After a brief overview of the proposal and comments by the applicants, motion McGowan, second Malich, to recommend approval of the CSM and pursuant to Sec. 129-64 grant an exception for creation of Lot 2 without frontage with the understanding that it will be conveyed to SPL and added to the SPL parcel, and if not the new parcel will be voided. Motion carried 4-0. Mr. Herzberg arrived at 6:08 p.m. Page 1 of 2 WAUNAKEE/WESTPORT JOINT PLAN COMMISSION REPORT/ITEMS FOR ACTION Consultation, Proposed Preschool on 40 Acres along County Hwy K, Town of Westport Members voiced concerns with the exotic animal aspect, but stated they would defer to the Town. No action necessary. Consultation, Proposed Doggie Daycare/Kennel at 5371 Farmco Drive, Town of Westport Members stated they would defer to the Town, No action necessary.
