While Commission meetings are being run virtually, the typical “Public Comments” section that occurs at the beginning of in-person meetings will not occur. AGENDA CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL: Chris Zellner, Phil Willems, Kristin Runge, Brad Zeman, Brian Malich, Chris Thomas, Brian Wallace MINUTES 1 June 8, 2020 PUBLIC COMMENT NEW BUSINESS 1 Public Hearing and Discussion/Action on a request for Conditional Use Permit by Reis Properties, 1001 Arboretum Drive, to allow operation of a hair salon within a multi-tenant building in the I-1 zoning district. 2 Public Hearing and Discussion/Action on a request for Conditional Use Permit by Octopi Brewing Company, 1131 Uniek Drive, to exceed the maximum height limit of 45 feet by an additional 8 inches. 3 Discussion/Action on Providing Guidance to Village Staff on Repealing Section 133-16 (Restrictions on rezoning for multifamily use) in the Village Zoning Code and Possible Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Relating to Multifamily Housing and Affordable 4 Discussion/Action on Providing Guidance to Village Staff on Possible Comprehensive Plan and Zoning changes related to Main Street transitional areas UPDATE ON WAUNAKEE/WESTPORT JOINT PLAN COMMISSION Meeting cancelled.
