CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS This Village of Waunakee Plan Commission Meeting will be held as a live virtual meeting due to the State of Wisconsin’s Safer At Home Order. In addition to the public, all Commission members and staff will also be participating remotely. An explanation on how the meeting will be conducted will occur promptly at 5:30 PM. Second Street, for a Certified Survey Map and Site Plan Approval for a ~2,800 square foot Building Addition 2 Discuss and Take Action on a Proposed Brewhouse Addition to the Southeast Corner of the Octopi Property, 1131 Uniek Drive 3 Discuss and Take Action on a Request by Kraemer Development for a Certified Survey Map, Sarah Lane, Woodland Crest Development 4 Public Hearing and Discussion/Action on a Proposed Amendment to the Village of Waunakee Zoning Code in which Section 133-16 (Restriction on Rezoning for Multifamily Use) Would Be Repealed from the Zoning Code 5 Public Hearing and Discussion/Action on a Proposed Amendment to the 2017 Waunakee/Westport Joint Comprehensive Plan in which Language Addressing the Ratio Between Single-Family Housing and Multi-Family Housing in the Village of Waunakee would be Modified UPDATE ON WAUNAKEE/WESTPORT JOINT PLAN COMMISSION ADJOURN Any person who has a qualifying disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act that requires the meeting or materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or format should contact the municipal clerk at (608) 850-8500, 500 West Main Street, Waunakee, Wisconsin, at least twenty-four hours prior to the commencement of the meeting so that any necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.
