Village of Waunakee Police Commission Meeting
October 10, 2022
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Paul Brost at 6:02PM. Meeting was held at the Waunakee
Police Department, 205 N. Klein Drive, Waunakee, WI.
Roll Call
Present: Paul Brost, Joel Sarbacker, and Zak Koga
Also present: Chief Adam Kreitzman
Approval of Minutes
Motion by Joel Sarbacker and second by Zak Koga to approve the minutes of the June 27, 2022
meeting. Motion carried 3-0.
New Business
At 6:03PM Paul Brost made a motion for the commission to move to closed session under Wis
Stats 19.85(1)(c). Second by Joel Sarbacker. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting moved to closed
session.
Chief Adam Kreitzman provided a synopsis of the Police Officer hiring process. Commission
interviewed candidates for the Police Officer position.
Motion by Zak Koga, second by Joel Sarbacker to come out of closed session at 7:56PM. Motion
carried 3-0.
Motion by Joel Sarbacker and second by Zak Koga to certify the three candidates interviewed.
Motion carried 3-0
Motion to Adjourn
Motion by, Zak Koga and second by Joel Sarbacker to adjourn. Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 7:57PM.

or performance evaluation data of a public employee.
