Village of Waunakee Police Committee Meeting
October 14, 2025
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Joe Zitzelsberger at 6:00PM. Meeting was at the Waunakee
Village Hall.
Roll Call
Present: Joe Zitzelsberger, John Pomeranke, Erin Moran, Nila Frye, Jason Whitney, and Chris
Doering.
Absent: Mark Stewart
Also present: Chief Adam Kreitzman
Public Comment
There were no public comments.
Approval of Minutes
Motion by Jason Whitney and second by Nila Frye to approve the minutes of the July 24, 2025
meeting. Motion carried 6-0.
New Business
Chief Kreitzman provided the committee with an update and answered questions regarding
department operations.
Motion to Adjourn
Motion by Nila Frye and second by Jon Pomeranke to adjourn. Motion carried 6-0.
Meeting adjourned at 6:35PM.
