VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE A regular meeting of the Public Works Committee was held Wednesday, April 10, 2013, 5:30 p.m., at 500 W. Main Street, Waunakee, Wisconsin. CALL TO ORDER Acting Chairperson Herzberg, called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. Present: Sue Springman(5:46), Gary Herzberg, Chris Zellner(5:34), Randy Bolger, Scott Meske, Brian Wallace, Paul Endres. Absent: None Also present: Kevin Even, Tracy Meinholz, Bill Frederick, Jim Madden, Kent Straus, Kristine Grindle, Jennifer Hurlebaus. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion Bolger, second Meske, to approve the October 10, 2012 minutes. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT Kristine Grindle spoke about concerns regarding the placement of the TDS boxes. This item will be put on a future agenda and TDS will be invited to attend. PRESENTATIONS Presentation of Biennial NR216 Stormwater Permit Jennifer Hurlebaus of AECOM presented an up to date accounting of the Villages stormwater permitting efforts. Committee members requested a proposal from AECOM to prepare an updated model. NEW BUSINESS DISCUSSION/ACTION Consideration of 2013 Construction Projects Mr. Even and Mr. Madden gave an overview of the 2013 projects and answered committee questions. Motion Endres, second Zellner, to install sidewalk on both sides of Seventh Street as part of the project. Motion carried 7-0.
