VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE A regular meeting of the Public Works Committee was held Wednesday, November 20, 2013, 5:00 p.m., at 504 Moravian Valley Road, Waunakee, Wisconsin. CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Springman, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Present: Sue Springman, Gary Herzberg, Chris Zellner, Brian Wallace, Randy Bolger(5:06), Scott Meske, Paul Endres. Absent: None Also present: Kevin Even, Tracy Meinholz, Jim Madden, Bill Frederick, Kent Straus, John Lindert. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion Zellner, second Meske, to approve the September 11, 2013 minutes. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None NEW BUSINESS DISCUSSION/ACTION Discussion / Recommendation on Proposals for Stormwater Permitting Motion Zellner, second Wallace, to recommend approval of the 2014 Stormwater Permit Engineering proposal from Strand Associates. Motion carried 7-0 Discussion / Action on Proposed Amendment to 5 Year Plan for Street Improvements After a detailed discussion of the condition of various Village streets, motion Herzberg, second Meske, to earmark Woodbridge Trail for surface replacement in 2014. Motion carried 7-0. Public Works Committee Minutes Page 1 of 2  Update on Madison Beltline Corridor Study Kevin Even gave an update to the Committee. ADJOURN Motion Zellner, second Herzberg, to adjourn the meeting at 6:42 p.m. and start the tour of the public works garage. Motion carried.
