CALL TO ORDER
Lauren Dietz called the meeting to order at 11:00 AM.
ROLL CALL
Present: Lauren Dietz, Brian Gardner, Brett Bower
Absent: Ellen Schaaf, OPEN

1 Approve Tourism Commission Minutes from September 11, 2024
Motion by Lauren Dietz, second by Brian Gardner to approve the minutes from the
September 11, 2024 Tourism Commission Meeting.
For: 3, Absent: 2, Against: 0. Motion passed.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no public comment.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1 Update on Tourism Fund Financials
Update given from staff on fund balance. No action taken.
2 Discuss Community Marketing Opportunities
Discussion only, no action taken. Staff to follow up on impact other communities
have seen after working with Discover Wisconsin and other travel marketing
companies and propose plan to the commission members at the March meeting.
