Village of Waunakee and Town of Westport Joint Plan Commission A meeting of the Waunakee/Westport Joint Plan Commission was held Monday, November 18, 2013, at the Kennedy Administration Building, 5387 Mary Lake Road, Waunakee, WI. CALL TO ORDER Mr. Sipsma called the meeting to order at 5:55 p.m. Members Present: Ken Sipsma, John Van Dinter, Dean Grosskopf, Pat McGowan, and Mark McGuire Members Absent: Tom Liebe. Also Present: Kevin Even, Tom Wilson, Dan Yoder, Scott Kammer, Jerry Tierney. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion McGowan, second Grosskopf, to approve the minutes from the October 8, 2013 meeting. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS & DISCUSSION / ACTION DISCUSSION / ACTION ON SIGNAGE FOR FIRST CHOICE DENTAL Staff stated that the Architectural Review Committee, by consensus, approved the wall signs and monument sign on Simon Crestway, but not the monument sign along CTH Q. Motion Grosskopf, second McGowan to approve the revised signage for First Choice Dental as recommended by the Architectural Review Committee. Motion carried. DISCUSSION / ACTION ON SIGNAGE FOR KILKENNY FARMS SUBDIVISION Staff stated that the Architectural Review Committee, by consensus, approved the subdivision sign as presented. Motion Van Dinter, second Grosskopf, to approve the Kilkenny Farms subdivision signage conditioned upon final approval by the Village Engineer. Motion carried. ADJOURN Motion McGowan, second McGuire, to adjourn the meeting at 6:01 p.m. Motion carried.
