Discuss and Take Action on Strategic Alternatives and Hiring of Lobbyist to Assist Village in Negotiating Main Street Solutions with DOT. *The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board may reconvene in open session. 2. Discuss and Take Action on Resolution Supporting City of Madison Proposal on Statutory Change to MMSD Governance Structure 3. The Village Board may reconvene in open session. 3. Discuss and Take Action to Consider Cross Street Extension Alternatives *The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board may reconvene in open session. 4. Discuss and Take Action Regarding Investment of Public Funds Related to Business Park Development Proposal *The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board may reconvene in open session. ADJOURN Any person who has a qualifying disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act that requires the meeting or materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or format should contact the municipal clerk at (608) 850-8500, 500 West Main Street, Waunakee, Wisconsin, at least twenty-four hours prior to the commencement of the meeting so that any necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.
