VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE Village Center Advisory Committee November 19, 2013 The November 19, 2013 Village Center Advisory Committee meeting was called to order by Gary Walden at 5:45 PM p.m. PRESENT: Gary Walden, Chris Zellner, Tom Wilson, Brian Wallace, Mike Schmitz, and Karyle Gile. ALSO PRESENT: Sue McDade, Community Services Director and Jeff Skoug Recreation Program Supervisor APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion by Mike Schmitz/Tom Wilson to approve the minutes of the June 18, 2013 Village Center Advisory Committee was approved unanimously. NEW BUSINESS 1. Consider Request for Services from Waunakee High School Transitions Plus Coordinator The committee reviewed a fitness center fee waiver request from Kristin Benz for the students in her Transitions Plus class. A motion by Tom Wilson/Karyle Gile to approve a flat rate fee of $2.00 per student when they use the fitness center as a class outing. Students with current FIT Pass memberships will not be charged, was approved unanimously. 2. Consider Revised Position Description for Welcome Desk Staff A motion by Tom Wilson/Brian Wallace to approve the revised position description for Welcome Desk Staff was approved unanimously.
