Village Center Advisory Committee
June 16, 2015
The June 16, 2015 Village Center Advisory Committee meeting was called to order by Gary Walden at 5:45 p.m.
PRESENT: Chris Zellner, Karyle Gile, Tom Wilson, Mike Schmitz and Hal Wissink.
ALSO PRESENT: Sue McDade, Community Services Director and Jeff Skoug, Recreation Supervisor.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion by Tom Wilson/Hal Wissink to approve the minutes of the November 18, 2015 Village
Center Advisory Committee was approved unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Consider Village Center Group Exercise Instructor Expectations
A motion by Tom Wilson/Mike Schmitz to approve the Village Center Group Exercise Instructor
Expectations document with the recommended revisions was approved.
2. Consider Village Center/Community Services Customer Credit Policy
The committee and staff members discussed this issue at length. Staff will follow up on questions and
suggestions and return at a future meeting for resolution.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion by Chris Zellner/Hal Wissink to adjourn (6:30 p.m.) was approved.
