Village Center Advisory Committee
August 18, 2015
The August 18, 2015 Village Center Advisory Committee meeting was called to order by Gary Walden at 5:45
p.m.
PRESENT: Chris Zellner, Karyle Gile, Brian Wallace, Tom Wilson and Gary Walden
ALSO PRESENT: Sue McDade, Community Services Director; Duane Statz, Building Maintenance Mechanic;
and Jeff Skoug, Recreation Supervisor.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion by Tom Wilson/ Chris Zellner to approve the minutes of the June 17, 2015 Village
Center Advisory Committee was approved unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Approve Contract with SCS Engineers for Village Center Retro-Commissioning Project
A motion by Tom Wilson/Karyle Gile to approve the contract with SCS Engineers for the Village
Center Retro-Commissioning Project contingent on review and recommendation of the Village
Engineer was approved.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion by Chris Zellner/Tom Wilson to adjourn (6:10 p.m.) was approved.
