VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE Village Center Advisory Committee July 19, 2016 The July 19, 2016 Village Center Advisory Committee meeting was called to order by Gary Walden at 5:45 p.m. PRESENT: Gary Walden, Chris Zellner, Tom Wilson, Karyle Gile, Mike Schmitz, and Hal Wissink ALSO PRESENT: Caitlin Stene, Assistant Village Administrator/Human Resources Manager; Sue McDade, Community Services Director; Jeff Skoug, Recreation Supervisor APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion by Tom Wilson/Hal Wissink to approve the minutes of the April 19, 2016 Village Center Advisory Committee was approved unanimously. NEW BUSINESS 1. Consider Re-Organization Proposal for the Community Services Department. A proposal to re-organize the Community Services Department in 2017 has been prepared by staff and was presented at the meeting. A motion made by Tom Wilson/Mike Schmitz to recommend approval of the Community Services Department Reorganization Plan as presented by staff was approved. ADJOURNMENT A motion by Karyle Gile/Chris Zellner to adjourn (6:29 p.m.) was approved. Respectfully Submitted: Sue McDade Community Services Director
