VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE Village Center Advisory Committee January 17, 2017 The January 17, 2017 Village Center Advisory Committee meeting was called to order by Bill Ranum at 5:40 p.m. PRESENT: Bill Ranum, Chris Zellner, Karyle Gile, Brian Wallace and Hal Wissink ALSO PRESENT: Sue McDade, Community Services Director; Jeff Skoug, Recreation Supervisor APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion by Hal Wissink/Karyle Gile to approve the minutes of the July 19, 2016 Village Center Advisory Committee was approved unanimously. REPORTS 1. Department Updates The staff team reported on the following topics: 2016 Financial Wrap-up – Both revenues and expenditures are projected to finish the year positively 2017 Fee Adjustments – New fee structures have been implemented without issue. Staffing Changes – progress toward implementation in 2017 Focus on Energy – HVAC Controls project anticipated to be completed this month Water Heater Replacement – unanticipated project completed this week with approval of the Board ADJOURNMENT A motion by Chris Zellner/Hal Wissink to adjourn (6:52 p.m.) was approved.
