Public Comments – no public comment 2. Minutes review and welcome new committee member a. Committee reviewed 2023 event recap b. New committee members to be confirmed at November 6th Village Board meeting 3. Discuss Two Men and a Junk Truck for clean up and garbage services for next year a. Presentation from Two Men and a Junk Truck and what services they can provide to the event b. Committee reviewed proposed pricing quote and considered other potential needs from the company for adjustments to the quote c. A. Zellner will continue further discussions with them 4. Bands discussion as well as a new opportunity for 2024. (Chris Zellner and Alex Schmalz) a. Boogie and the Yo-Yoz confirmed and booked b. C. Zellner to research and propose second bands for November meeting. c. A. Schmalz presented on addition of two new activity vendors – Party Crashers RC Racing and RAH Record-A-Hit Entertainment i. Committee agreed to addition of Party Crashers ii. A.Schmalz will get quote from RAH on different options/packages 5. Discuss charges for food vendors a. Committee proposed and agreed to raise vendor fees for 2024 6. Budget a. Committee reviewed budget and proposed budget cuts i. Committee approved to cut Brent’s Bouncin Inflatables and Princess My Party  ii. Committee discussed changes needed to Funny Guy Drawing waiting times. S. Ryan to discuss with vendor and follow up at November meeting. b. Committee proposed other options to help cost of Alaskan Ice c. Committee discussed change in ATM provider and pricing i. M. Johnson to confirm pricing agreement with provider ii. C. Morehart to confirm requirements with Village Finance Department for billing and payment d. Committee reviewed and discussed other potential changes to budget due to changes in vendor pricing e. Committee reviewed donors i. Reviewed current confirmed/received donations and sponsorships ii. Discussed potential options for additional donations 7. Discuss Calendar a. Committee discussed potential “best dates” for 2024 meetings 8. Adjourn – 8:00pm Next meeting scheduled: Thursday November 16th @ 6pm at the Waunakee Village Center Activity Room
