Committee reviewed current budget, in good standing b. E. Schaaf presented on addition of lighting to portable restrooms at $5/per unit. C. Gavinski motioned to approved, J. Zellner seconded. Committee unanimously approved. c. C. Zellner presented on WKOW marketing options. A. Zellner motioned to not do television advertising for 2026, M. Johnson seconded. Committee unanimously approved. d. A. Schmalz presented on local marketing option of light pole flags, pending Village Board approval. A. Zellner motioned to approve $1400 purchase of flags, C. Gavinski seconded. Committee unanimously approved. 5. Signage a. A. Schmalz reported Minuteman completing signage order. b. Final bus map to be shared with bussing company 6. Guard Updates (Courtney/Chris) a. C. Morehart confirmed arrival times of military, A. Schmalz confirmed listed on website.  7. Activities Updates with map a. Committee reviewed placement of children’s activities and park map b. A. Schmalz to update website with new map 8. Map discussion a. Schmalz collected copies of driver’s license for golf cart operators. b. A. Schmalz reported on closure and departure of children’s activity vendors, vendors to be escorted out at 8:45pm. C. Zellner to confirm with PD. c. E. Schaaf reported on new weather covers for ATMs d. Committee discussed options for closing lines at end of night e. Committee reviewed timeline of activities 10.
